A 35 year old vineyard, situated to the east of the village of Rully, the ‘La Crée’ vineyard is named after the stones that cover its surface. It sits directly below the premier cru vineyard ‘La Pucelle’ and being planted on limestone, is a vibrant and exciting wine. The ’21 has lovely structure, with intense ripe fruits and a soft mouthfeel giving the sense of a wine of even greater esteem. With increased ageing time, this vintage has been hugely successful and the resulting wine is delicious.
