This Rosé Crémant de Limoux comes from J. Lauren’s 30 hectares of Certified Organic vineyards. Winemaker Jacques Calvel has worked with a team of local experts and successfully built the Domaine a reputation for outstanding Traditional Method wines. In 2003, Pinot Noir was deemed acceptable in a Crémant de Limoux blend, leading to J. Laurens departing from solely Chardonnay-based cuvées, and producing their first batch of La Rose no. 7 in 2007 (hence the name). Expect aromas of delicate stone fruits, with a beautifully balanced palate of subtle caramel and a biscuit finish. Versatile and exceptionally made, aching to be paired with canapés and starters.
