Made specifically for sushi, this wine was created through the marriage of a French winemaker and a Japanese chef. Pinot Blanc, Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Muscat and Pinot Gris combine to create a wine which is aromatic, slightly spicy, floral with slight roundness and fresh with aromas of grapefruit zest and chamomile.
